November 2025 – Monthly Update
With November wrapping up, we’re on the final stretch of the year! It’s the perfect time to take a look back at everything we achieved this month.
I. PRE-ORDER “IWO JIMA” AND “SEA & STEEL”
We’re excited to announce that Iwo Jima and Sea & Steel are arriving to our fulfillment centers:
🇺🇸 US Hub: Approximate arrival by December 2nd.
🇪🇺 European Hub: Approximate arrival by December 10th.
⚠️ Important Stock Update
Once pre-orders are fulfilled, the remaining stock at our hubs will be extremely limited. If you have not yet secured your copy, we strongly encourage you to place your order now.
We operate on a demand-driven production model. To ensure sustainable growth and maintain the highest quality standards, our initial print run was calibrated specifically to the volume of support received during the pre-order campaign.
Most of the print run is already allocated to backers, leaving very few copies for general sale. Thank you for helping us build a strong foundation for future games!
II. P-300 SYSTEM
You’ve asked about the P-300, and it couldn’t be simpler! This is your most direct way to influence our publishing schedule. Your collaboration is incredibly valuable to us, and the best part is: it’s completely free and takes seconds. No commitment required—just tell us what you want to play!
The P-300 program puts you in control. It’s our way of listening to what you want to play.
How It Works
- Sign In to Vote: To participate, you just need to sign in or create a free account. Your vote is completely free and comes with no obligation.
- Give Your Opinion: Simply add any game from this list to your wishlist. You’re helping us decide which games to publish next.
- The 300 Goal: Once a game gets 300 wishlists, we officially commit to publishing it.
Your support helps us bring the games you want directly from our studio and onto your playing table.

– Next to each game title, you’ll find its development percentage and a brief status update.

IV. BATALLADORES 2025
We recently had the opportunity to attend Batalladores, an extraordinary four-day wargaming convention in Zaragoza that brought together 350 wargamers.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the organizers for hosting such a beautifully run convention and for the exceptional attention and support provided to Neva Wargames. We also want to thank every wargamer who stopped by to say hello and try out our games.
We are already looking forward to attending next year with even more new games!
