I. SECOND PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN

I am incredibly excited to announce that our Second Pre-order Campaign is launching very soon! We are currently putting the finishing touches on our next two titles.

Both games offer a deep historical experience that fits into a 2 to 2.5-hour session. They feature two distinct game systems, and both include dedicated solo modes.

• Reformation: Fire and Faith (1-6 players) is designed by Clint Warren Davey.
• Peking: 55 Days of Fury (1-2 players) is a title I am particularly proud of, as it was designed by me.

I will be revealing more details about both games shortly, but you can head over to their respective product pages right now to learn more.

Campaign Details & Early Bird Info

I’d like to highlight a few critical details regarding how this campaign will work:

– Launch Date: March 15th at 1000 UTC-5.
– Early Bird Discount: This special pricing is only available during the first week or for the first 50 orders.
– Pre-order Discount: After the Early Bird period, a reduced discount will remain in effect until production begins (estimated for May).
– Retail Pricing: Once we move past the production phase, the discount will decrease significantly. The earlier you pledge, the better the deal!

Our first year was dedicated to preparation and evolution, with the goal of offering the community deep, innovative mechanics and premium components in a streamlined format. During our second year, we successfully established our direct pre-order system and fulfilled our first two titles.

I want to thank you all for making this success possible! Our goal is to offer you the best experience possible, and I have spent these last two years learning and refining our systems to ensure we do exactly that.

I. NEW VISION FOR 2026

Rebranding Announcement: We are officially changing our name from Neva Wargames to Neva Game Press. This shift allows us to publish both wargames and thematic titles under one unified brand. For more details on our vision, check out our updated About Us section.

P-300 System Retirement: We are officially retiring the P-300 system. After evaluating its impact over the last two years, we’ve decided that a direct announcement model better suits our pace as a small publisher. This change allows us to focus our energy on development and ensures that new titles are announced alongside their pre-order campaigns once they are ready for the printer.

Quality Over Quantity: We are committed to a focused release schedule, aiming for one pre-order campaign per year (featuring approximately two games). This ensures every title we release meets our high standards of excellence and receives the attention it deserves.

Dedicated Support: Our commitment to our games continues long after they hit your table. We remain dedicated to providing robust post-launch support, including rules updates and player resources, to ensure the best possible gaming experience.

II. WHAT’S NEXT? SECOND PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN

We have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for our next major launch.

The final touches are being put on our next two titles! We’re returning to our roots with one new Skirmish and one Frontline release. Can you guess what they are?

IV. PROVIDING SOLUTIONS TO IWO JIMA ERRORS

We identified rulebook flaws in Iwo Jima and have an immediate plan to support our players. We are very grateful for the feedback from players and influencers, whose insights helped us track these errors and improve the game.

We want to ensure every player has the best possible version of our games. To correct the errors found in Iwo Jima, an updated Clarification and Errata file is available now, and revised digital rulebooks and player aid are coming soon.

Additionally, we are producing a physical Update Kit (printed rulebook and player aid). As a small independent publisher, we are happy to offer this kit to you for free once it is ready; however, we unfortunately cannot absorb the standalone shipping expenses. To make this easier, you can add the free kit to your next order to save on postage. If you prefer to receive it sooner and don’t mind covering the delivery costs, it is also available standalone by simply paying the shipping fee.

We operate on a demand-driven production model. To ensure sustainable growth and maintain the highest quality standards, our initial print run was calibrated specifically to the volume of support received during the pre-order campaign.

Most of the print run is already allocated to backers, leaving very few copies for general sale. Thank you for helping us build a strong foundation for future games!

We recently had the opportunity to attend Batalladores, an extraordinary four-day wargaming convention in Zaragoza that brought together 350 wargamers.
